How many months does the Jobs-to-be-done customer research guidance last?

Typically 4-6 months. Yet, it depends on your team’s expertise, execution speed and prioritization amongst other projects. We set exact time frames during kick-off so that you know exactly what you buy and for how long.

How much manpower do I need for this?

I can work with up to 3 mid/ senior company members. These people will practically become the jobs-to-be-done champions of your company and lead meaningful but minimal customer-led interventions across departments.

Why do you guide instead of execute?

Over the last years, I’ve worked with many SaaS companies on customer research projects. Instead of having me do the research and hand you out the results, it’s more cost-effective to have me guide your team to independently run any customer research project.

What time zones do you cover?

I’m based in GMT+2, so I cover most time zones. Yet, if you are in a very different time zone (e.g.New Zealand or Australia) don’t hesitate to contact me. We’ll figure out together how to make it work.
