Why I love it

Delighted does one thing and it's doing it great, it helps you collect user feedback in the form of NPS scoring. It also helps you show your amazing feedback directly in your landing pages. While it's a wonderful product, I think they might need to decrease their price a bit, considering the rest of the available options and their prices.
